geraldine Doyle was her name.My great aunt worked in pennsylvania steel mills also during WWII.and I remember her saying she felt like her work had more purpose.the posters and other propoganda tools had an effect to bring the country together for a common goal .the art motivated people to help right a wrong.
quality use to mean something but, now people want to get it from china for a dollar .will it last a year ,I doubt it but it gets them through today.I hope my art motivates people to take small steps toward conservation of the natural world.A worthy cause to again save the world.

this is one of the strongest lonlasting bird houses ever and its easy to observe and clean.,but don't tell bob and betty.

it's their christmas present. I hope they like it. They won't have a matching present that for sure.

the visual arts
shows being done in new york are being more &more about a show.it looks as if the galleries and museums are putting on shows for admission.rather than showing art works that have been made with the skilled hands of a craftsmans,they call it concept art.
I don,t like the feeling that they have insulted the artist who must have a concept of his work but a finished product in his hand.after a concept art show.there is nothing you have to show for the time the artist spent.
